Wristbands are the fastest way to know who can enter each zone of an event. In Panama they are ordered for concerts, fairs, hotel parties, corporate events and mall activations. Choosing the right type saves lines, arguments at the door and wasted material.
The four most common types
- Tyvek wristband: looks like paper but does not tear easily and resists water. It closes with adhesive and gets damaged if someone tries to remove it. It is the most economical option for one-day events.
- Vinyl wristband: thicker and more comfortable, with a security snap. Good for multi-day or outdoor events with sweat and rain.
- Fabric wristband: woven, with a sliding lock that does not loosen. The classic festival band that people keep as a souvenir.
- Silicone wristband: reusable. More than access control, it is a promotional or campaign item.
How to organize colors
Assign one color per access level: general, VIP, staff, press and vendors. Security can then decide at a glance. If there is a VIP area, a VIP wristband with a different finish prevents someone from using a borrowed general band.
Numbering and control
Consecutive numbering tells you how many people came in and lets you compare against sign-ups or tickets sold. If you also hand out numbered tickets, you can cross-check both at closing.
What we need to quote
- Quantity per color or access level.
- Event date and the date you need them delivered.
- Whether they carry a logo, text or numbering.
- Delivery location: Panama City, the rest of the country or several points.
With those four details we send price and date in writing. If you need a type not listed in the catalog, we will source it too: the goal is for your event to open on time.
