In short: We only collect the data you give us to quote or fulfill an order, we use it to serve you, and we never sell or share it for commercial purposes.
Who handles your data
Multiservicios Sourcing & Supply, based in Panama City, Panama, is responsible for the data collected through this website, the quote form and the messages you send us. For anything about this policy, write to contacto@multiserviciossys.lat.

If you confirm an order, we also use the billing details and delivery address you give us. We do not ask for sensitive data.
What we use it for
- To answer your quote request and follow up on it.
- To produce the order you confirm and coordinate its shipping with the carrier you choose.
- To issue the invoice and the related commercial documents.
Requesting a quote does not add you to any mailing list. If we ever wanted to send you marketing messages, we would ask first.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to operate:
- Cloudflare: hosts the website.
- WhatsApp: the form opens WhatsApp with your message; what you type is sent through that app and is not stored on the website.
- Zoho Mail: our business email.
- Google Analytics: website usage statistics (see the cookie policy).
- The carrier you choose: receives your name, phone and address to deliver the order.
We do not sell, rent or share your data for commercial or advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become orders are kept while a reasonable follow-up is possible and then deleted. Data from confirmed orders is kept for the period required by Panamanian tax and accounting rules.
Cookies
The website uses Google Analytics with Consent Mode. All the details, and the button to change your choice, are in the cookie policy.
Security
The website runs over HTTPS, so what you send through the form is encrypted. Access to requests is restricted to the people who handle quotes. If we detected an incident affecting your data, we would let you know.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to contacto@multiserviciossys.lat. We will reply free of charge within a reasonable time. Documents the law requires us to keep cannot be deleted; if that applies, we will explain why.
Minors
We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
