Balloons are the fastest way to transform a space and bring it into a brand’s or a celebration’s colors. Used well, they mark the entrance, create a photo spot and are visible from afar.
The main formats
- Balloon arch: frames an entrance or a stage. The most visible of all.
- Balloon garland: organic shape with balloons of several sizes. Ideal for dessert tables and photo backdrops.
- Balloon column: marks the sides of an aisle, a booth or a stage.
Latex or foil
A latex balloon is the most versatile and affordable for volume. A foil balloon shaped like a number, letter or figure adds a focal point and stays inflated longer.
Indoor or outdoor
Panama’s sun and heat affect balloons outdoors: they fade and may pop sooner. Outdoors, set up as close to the event time as possible and prefer shaded areas.
The structure
Large arches and columns need a base and frame to stay firm, especially with wind or crowds around them.
Brand colors
For an activation, use two or three colors from the brand identity plus a neutral (white, black or clear). Too many colors and the decor stops being associated with the brand.
